Description
The Axis Communications T8641 PoE+ over Coax Base Unit is a single-channel technology designed to facilitate the transition from analog to IP systems by leveraging existing coaxial cable infrastructure. This base unit efficiently receives Power over Ethernet (PoE) and transmits it through coaxial cables. A complementary compact receiver unit (sold separately) then receives the power via the coaxial link and supplies PoE+ to connected network devices.
