Description
The ED3538 Hardened Ethernet Extender employs EtherWAN’s proprietary Power over Link (PoL) technology to deliver both Power over Ethernet (PoE) and data transmission through a single legacy twisted pair cable, such as a telephone line. The ED3538 PoL solution consists of a transmitter and a receiver that work together to ensure reliable connectivity and power supply to remote PoE-enabled devices like IP cameras, wireless access points, emergency intercoms, and VoIP phones.
