Description
The Veracity VOR-OB5 Outbreak PoE Splitter (5V) enhances the functionality of low-power network devices, including IP cameras, access control panels, and VoIP phones, by making them fully PoE compatible. This splitter supplies a 5V power and network data connection to devices lacking PoE capabilities, while offering protection from Over-Temperature Protection (OTP), Over-Current Protection (OCP), and Over-Voltage Protection (OVP). Its DC output can be wired directly to the device’s power input, enabling seamless network integration. The Outbreak Splitter efficiently converts PoE to the necessary lower voltage output, and its built-in 10/100/1000BASE-T network interface facilitates device management and real-time monitoring over a network from a computer.
