The Rack Air Containment System (RACS) is an advanced mechanical ducting solution designed to enhance server cooling management by attaching to the front or rear of a server enclosure. This modular system is specifically engineered to integrate seamlessly with APC NetShelter SX enclosures and InRow cooling units, ensuring superior cooling predictability, capacity, and efficiency. By connecting RACS to the rear of the NetShelter SX, it channels the expelled hot air from IT equipment through the cooling unit for optimal conditioning, preventing warm exhaust from entering server air inlets. For unmatched cooling reliability, redundant configurations are available, while optional front containment setups minimize noise and optimize airflow regulation. RACS components can be affixed to individual enclosures or configured for a cluster of enclosures, offering flexible implementation for diverse data center needs.
