Description
This caster kit includes four, non-locking casters with a 2 5/8″ diameter, accompanied by two mounting/support brackets designed for easy installation. This setup is specifically compatible with 25.5″ deep cabinets in the 200/500 Series.
The robust mounting/support brackets are crafted from 14-gauge cold-rolled steel (CRS), measuring 4″ in width, and are intended to be installed beneath the cabinet’s bottom panel to provide front-to-back reinforcement. These brackets have a thickness of .075″ and feature two 1/2″ downward flanges along the inner edge, offering added structural support to the cabinet’s base.
The zinc-plated swivel casters, which have an overall height of 3.75″, are equipped with 2 5/8″ hard rubber tread wheels and can support a load capacity of up to 1000 lbs.
Both the brackets and casters can be directly mounted to the cabinets using the supplied hardware, elevating the cabinet’s overall height by 1.75″ when installed. The brackets come in a black finish.
