The cost-effective Atlas Sound 221-18 cabinet offers a practical solution for audio-visual equipment housing, featuring dimensions of 22 5/16″ in width, 18 1/2″ in depth, and providing 21RU of vertical panel space. This cabinet includes one pair of 11-gauge CRS adjustable mounting rails. Crafted from 16-gauge CRS, the series incorporates a base, top panel, side panels, mounting rails, and a removable rear door equipped with a cylinder lock and a flush door pull handle. It delivers several installer-friendly features, such as an expanded 6RU opening in both the top and bottom of the cabinet that can remain open for cable access or ventilation, or be sealed with standard vented or solid panels. All models come with rear doors mounted on quick-release spring hinges, allowing for a 180° rotation to support both right or left-hand opening configurations. For enhanced security, the optional front door is keyed differently from the rear door.
