The cost-effective AtlasIED 235-30 cabinet is engineered for optimal IT and AV equipment storage, measuring 22 5/16″ in width and 30″ in depth, with a spacious 35RU vertical rack space. This data center solution includes a pair of robust 11-gauge CRS adjustable mounting rails. Crafted from durable 16-gauge CRS, the series features a base, top panel, side panels, precision mounting rails, and a removable rear door equipped with a cylinder lock and flush door pull handle for enhanced security. The design includes installer-friendly features such as a 6RU open slot on the top and bottom, allowing for wire management and ventilation, or closure with standard vented or solid panels. The rear doors, standard across models, are mounted with quick-release spring hinges for easy 180° rotation, enabling right or left-hand access. Optional front doors come with distinct keying for added security. Rack rails are expertly tapped with 10-32 threading and recessed at 11/16″ (17.5mm), complete with RU indicator hash marks for precise equipment alignment. They follow the standard E.I.A. 5/8″-5/8″-1/2″ spacing. Cable management is facilitated by conduit arrays located on the top and bottom surfaces and back flanges, each offering five knockouts, with three 1″ (25mm) standard and two 1/2″ (13mm) x 3/4″ (19mm) concentric. Surface arrays include four knockouts, comprising two 1″ (25mm) standard and two 1/2″ (13mm) x 3/4″ (19mm) concentric. Ventilation is maximized through stamped, perforated vents on each side and on the rear door, supporting efficient air convection. All cabinet surfaces are phosphate pre-treated to ensure durable paint adhesion with a textured black epoxy finish.
