Description
The 300 Series wall enclosures are expertly welded and feature center-section depths of either 12″ or 15″. Each foundational unit consists of three robust 16-gauge CRS components: a 2″ deep solid-steel front door, a choice of either a 12″ or 15″ deep center section with adjustable mounting rails, and a 4-1/2″ deep rear door. These enclosures offer panel space options ranging from 7 RU to 35 RU and are designed with provisions for customized mounting, efficient cable management, equipment installation, and structural support. The cabinets are finished in #962 black epoxy for a sleek appearance. All models are equipped with adjustable front rack rails tapped 10-32, adhering to the standard E.I.A. 1/2″ spacing. Units featuring 16RU, 24RU, and 35RU openings include center section mounting rail supports. The internal open raceways facilitate convenient cable routing within the cabinet. Corner brace supports, positioned at the junction of the back and side panels of the rear section (hinge side), include 1-1/4″ diameter wire access holes for managing excess cabling. For added customization, the rear section’s back face includes 1/4″ deep boss detents, allowing contractors field flexibility to install a custom sub-plate made from materials like plywood, aluminum, or steel to accommodate additional accessories. Boss detents are spaced on 12″ centers, with variations based on model height, where 10RU, 12RU, and 16RU models feature four detents, 24RU models include six detents, and 35RU models have eight detents.
