Description
The 300 Series wall cabinet enclosures feature welded constructions with center-section depths of 12 inches and 15 inches, specifically designed for high-performance installation environments. This versatile cabinet range includes three sections made from 16-gauge cold-rolled steel (CRS), comprising a 2-inch deep solid-steel front door, a 12-inch or 15-inch deep center section equipped with adjustable mounting rails, and a 4.5-inch deep rear door. The design supports a variety of panel space configurations, from 7 rack units (RU) to 35 RU. These enclosures are engineered with industry-standard features including custom cabinet mounting, efficient wire management, equipment mounting capabilities, and robust structural support. Finished in #962 black epoxy, each cabinet model incorporates adjustable front rack rails, tapped for 10-32 threads, and manufactured following E.I.A. standard 1/2-inch spacing. For models offering 16RU, 24RU, and 35RU openings, center section mounting rail supports are included. Internal open raceways ensure seamless cable path management within the cabinet. Reinforced corner brace supports, located at the back and side panel hinge, provide round wire access holes (1-1/4 inch diameter) for organizing excess wiring. The rear section’s back face includes 1/4 inch deep boss detents, offering installers the flexibility to add custom plywood, aluminum, or steel sub-plates for accessory mounting. Detents are placed on 12-inch centers, with the number varying by model height: four detents for 10RU, 12RU, and 16RU models, six detents for 24RU models, and eight detents for 35RU models, meeting diverse installation needs.
