This cabinet measures 22.5 inches in width, 25 inches in depth, and accommodates 44 vertical panel spaces. Constructed with a durable 14-gauge frame, the multi-formed and welded frame members ensure exceptional strength and load-bearing performance. The base features double-formed front and rear sections, reinforced with 11-gauge CRS corner caster gussets, and is MIG welded for maximum durability. Vertical columns interlock with the frame top and base to enhance strength further by adding double material thickness. The mounting rail channel support members are multi-formed and MIG welded for superior interlocking support. Adjustable panel mounting rails seamlessly accommodate equipment with front-to-rear adjustability. The base includes four 3/8″-16 threaded sockets for leg levelers (Models LL-1) and is equipped with punched 11-gauge CRS corner gussets for casters. Additionally, it offers provisions for permanent floor securing. Shipped with two pairs of 11-gauge CRS adjustable mounting rails, these rails are precision tapped at 10-32 and recess 1 3/16 inches (30mm), and they feature RU indicator hash marks for streamlined equipment alignment. The rails align with E.I.A. 5/8″-5/8″-1/2″ spacing standards. Hat sections accommodate vertical accessory mounting with 19-inch panel spacing. This cabinet ensures a solid, professional appearance without punched vents, allowing precise thermal airflow management while preventing the ingress of contaminants or damaging objects through vents. By incorporating the optional Seismic Bracket, SBK-700, the 700 Series Racks can achieve Telcordia NEBS GR-63-CORE certification. When installed correctly, the 700 Series can withstand rigorous real-world dynamic tests, enduring seismic activity equivalent to a zone 4 earthquake—comparable to a Richter magnitude of 8.0.
