The Atlas AWR3W-HR model delivers efficient access, enhanced security lock-in, and durable welded construction, suitable for both surface and recessed mounting applications. Designed for integration within standard 16″ stud wall configurations, the AWR3W-HR streamlines installation processes, minimizing the necessity for drywall alterations. The AWR series is equipped with an 18-gauge CRS formed door frame and a matching 18-gauge CRS locking tilt-out door that seamlessly aligns with the rack faceplate. Its surface mount door is ingeniously attached to the frame with two internal pin-style hinges to prevent tampering. The door offers dual operational positions: it tilts out for easy access and, with the release of side catches, opens approximately 90° to facilitate equipment installation and maintenance. Each unit includes two steel safety catch cables to secure the door at a 90° angle. The 18-gauge CRS back box features six to eight concentric 1/2″ and 3/4″ conduit knockouts for streamlined connectivity. Additionally, the 12-gauge CRS rack rail offers mounting holes compatible with 10-32 hardware, enhancing versatility and ease of use.
