The WMA Series wall-mounted cabinets are expertly crafted for the professional AV industry, featuring robust 16-gauge construction with an 18-inch deep center section and adjustable mounting rails. These cabinets come with a 4.5-inch deep rear section, offering panel space openings from 10 RU to 35 RU. Designed to accommodate various AV installation needs, the cabinets include adjustable front rack rails with 10-32 taps, compliant with standard EIA 1/2-inch spacing. The hat channel design provides adjustable support for rack rails and includes securing holes for fixed rail positioning.
For enhanced ventilation and thermal management, the top and bottom 3RU removable panels in the center section are compatible with the EFP Series fan panels or can be used for power isolation panels. The back face of the rear section features 1/4-inch deep boss detents, allowing integrators to customize with plywood, aluminum, or steel sub-plates for accessory mounting on 12-inch centers. Security is ensured with an interchangeable right or left-hand cylinder lock on the rear section. The cabinet design includes 16 conduit knockouts on both the top and bottom, with various diameter knockouts for easy integration of conduit and wireless antennas.
Perforated vents on both sides of the cabinet enhance airflow, maintaining optimal conditions for rack-mounted equipment. The non-sag design is fortified with an exclusive, integral alignment frame that provides extensive support across the cabinet’s travel range. Finished in a durable black electrostatic powder coat, these cabinets offer long-lasting protection against wear and tear. For additional ease of installation, optional casters are available to support the center section’s weight.
The unique “hat action” continuous slot design allows full front-to-back adjustment of the rails, with securing holes ensuring fixed positioning. The innovative cabinet design facilitates simplified installation, even single-handedly. Rack increment hash marks on the rails provide clear guidance, and each cabinet ships with a set of plated rack rails, including 100 rack screws with captive washers. An optional rear rack rail pair is available depending on the model’s height requirements. Additionally, top and bottom cutouts accommodate the ES Series single or dual fan panels, with each unit shipped containing pre-installed 3RU blank panels. All models are UL 1678 listed, guaranteeing compliance with stringent industry safety standards.
