This multi-purpose enclosure is ideal for structured wiring, control systems, and peripherals. It offers versatile mounting solutions compatible with structured wiring modules from a variety of manufacturers, including Leviton, OnQ, OpenHouse, and others. The enclosure can be either flush-mounted or surface-mounted. Flush mounting is perfect for installation within hollow frame walls with studs placed on 16″ centers. The required minimum rough opening dimensions are 14.25″ wide, 28.25″ high, and 4.5″ deep, with adjustability for various wall finish thicknesses. Its locking, removable hinged lid extends approximately 5/8″ beyond the edges of the box, effectively concealing any uneven wallboard cutouts. The enclosure’s universal design incorporates a hole-slot-hole mounting system that accommodates shelves, brackets, wire modules, and equipment from a wide range of manufacturers.
