Description
The detector’s alignment is designed to be highly intuitive, rapid, and precise, making it a valuable component in any detection system. Both the IR transmitter and the CMOS imager are encased within a versatile eyeball mechanism that can freely rotate in all directions, offering a range of motion of +/- 20° vertically and 50° horizontally. The user is guided to achieve perfect alignment with the reflector through the assistance of four directional arrows indicating the necessary adjustments for the eyeball. For swift setup over long distances, a laser tool can be employed to quickly locate the reflector, after which the eyeball can be fine-tuned for optimal alignment. Once this optimal alignment is accomplished, indicated by all green arrows and LED lights, the eyeball is securely locked in place by tightening a lever positioned on its side. A customizable cover is then applied over the front, concealing the alignment indicators, the locking mechanism, and ensuring the lever remains securely locked.
