The FWC-CNV-PULL series represents a line of conventional manual pull stations within the fire safety industry, designed for rapid and efficient manual activation of fire alarm signals. These manual pull stations come in both single-action and dual-action configurations. To reset the pull station, you will need either a Cat 30 key or a 1/8″ hex key, depending on the model.
For the single-action models, FWC-CNV-PULL and FWC-CNV-PULLK, activating an alarm involves simply pulling down the handle. In contrast, the dual-action models, FWC-CNV-PULL2 and FWC-CNV-PULL2K, require lifting the “Lift and Pull” cover before pulling the handle. Once triggered, the manual pull station handle remains in the activated position until reset using the key-operated reset feature, ensuring a clear indication of an activated alarm condition.
