The PS-DATK and PS-SATK series of manual pull stations boast robust, die-cast metal construction, ideal for reliable fire alarm activation in various settings. These stations are offered in both single and dual action styles, equipped with an SPST switch and terminal strip connections for seamless integration. Featuring normally open contacts that close upon activation, they are rated for up to 1 amp at 125 VAC or 30 VDC, with gold-plated contacts to prevent corrosion. Each model in this series has undergone rigorous UL testing to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.
The single action pull stations are user-friendly, activated by pulling the front handle down until it locks into a visible position from up to 50 feet away. They come with a scored acrylic break rod for specific applications as needed. Resetting the handle is straightforward through key access to return it to the default position and securing it with a lock.
For dual action models, users engage the unit by pushing the PUSH bar inward, which facilitates easy grip of the PULL handle with a single hand. These models also include break rods and follow the same key-access reset process as the single action versions.
A weatherproof option is available, featuring a protective gasket and a die-cast metal backbox with a 1/2″ conduit tap for secure surface mounting in outdoor or challenging environments.
