Fire-Lite is excited to introduce the SB-I/O surface mount back box specifically designed for the BG-12 Series pull stations. This new back box serves as a replacement for the SB-10 and is UL listed for both indoor and outdoor use within the fire safety industry. While some jurisdictions still require the metal SB-10 surface mount back box, limited inventory will be available to support those specific areas. The BG-12LRA Agent Release pull station will continue to utilize the SBA-10 back box. Currently, the BG-12LOB outdoor pull station is distributed with a WBB back box; however, the SB-I/O will replace the WBB by early Q4. At the moment, customers can order the BG-12LO and the SB-I/O separately. The WBB will continue to be available for use with System Sensor’s SpectrAlert series in the fire alarm system market.
