The ECC-RPU is an advanced Remote Page Unit designed for compatibility with the ECC-50/100(E) Emergency Command Center, ideal for fire protection and emergency communication systems. This external remote console enhances the reach of the ECC-50/100(E) display and control, enabling operations from various remote locations within a facility. Its secure cabinet is accessible only to authorized personnel, using either a keyed or optional thumb lock.
Equipped with an integrated microphone and eight operational selection buttons, the ECC-RPU facilitates remote system activation with ease. The ALL CALL paging feature allows announcements to be broadcast across speaker circuits by simply pressing the microphone’s push-to-talk button. Additionally, a ninth button interfaces with an MMF-300 monitor module housed within the ECC-RPU cabinet, useful for additional applications such as HVAC system shutdowns. The unit requires an external data bus, audio riser, and a 24 Volts DC external operator interface power connection from the ECC-50/100 primary console to function effectively.
