Description
The GEMC-FPRINT Parallel Printer Interface is a fire alarm system connectivity solution that enables the Gemini C-Series control panels to interface with a parallel printer, facilitating the documentation of system activities. When integrated with a Gemini C-Series control panel configured using PCD-Windows version 6.0 or higher, the GEMC-FPRINT generates reports featuring the custom User, Area, and Zone descriptions inputted into the downloader software. This interface provides signal and ground isolation between the control panel and the printer, safeguarding the control panel against potential shorts, transients, and surges from the printer or its connected cables.
