This floor box accessory kit includes a 1/2″ (12.7mm) screw plug for seamless access to communication cables. Designed specifically for carpet applications, it boasts a 5 1/2″ (140mm) diameter and must be used with the 881DIV to finalize the dual service configuration of the 881 PVC Floor Box. Ideal for installations on carpets or tiles, every cover plate is supplied with a gasket and three screws for secure installation. The 895P Polycarbonate Series Cover Plates require field modification to accommodate dual service setups.
