Description
The ZigBee-compatible wireless multi-sensor is a versatile surface-mount detector featuring multiple selectable functions. Primarily designed as a Door Window Detector, it efficiently monitors the open or closed status of doors and windows. This sensor can also be configured to serve as a Water Detector or Tilt Detector. When set up as a Water Detector, it offers an optional Low Temperature Alarm Function, triggering an alert if temperatures drop below 40°F (5°C). Additionally, the sensor monitors temperature and includes tamper detection capabilities. Its ZigBee-compatible radio ensures seamless integration with security or home automation systems. Boasting a battery life of five years or more using a single CR2 battery, this sensor guarantees reliable door/window installations with LED indicators that display radio link quality and sensor/magnet alignment. The advanced Hall effect sensor technology provides best-in-class false alarm immunity and installation flexibility with a generous 1.3 inch (33 mm) break distance.
