The ELK-M1PCSPIM is a specialized Powerline Interface Module featuring an integrated M1XSP Serial Port chip, designed for seamless integration of the ELK M1 Control into a UPB network. This comprehensive device simplifies the connection process, requiring only that you find an accessible, unused AC power outlet, connect a cable from the M1 data bus to the four terminals on the ELK-M1PCSPIM, and perform an M1 data bus enrollment. Thanks to the M1 data bus’s extended range capabilities, the ELK-M1PCSPIM can be installed almost anywhere with minimal cabling and connections. UPB technology leverages existing AC wiring circuits for data transmission, eliminating the need for additional wiring or radio frequency signals.
