The AT4B is an incredibly flexible 24/7 event timer, tailored to facilitate a myriad of industry applications such as home automation, building automation, security systems, access control, and lighting control. This device supports input operations from 12 to 24 VAC or VDC, and features a relay standby current of 20mA with an additional 40mA required for each active relay. It includes four (4) Form “C” relay contacts, rated at 10A @ 120VAC/28VDC, each of which functions independently. The event programming allows for both momentary and latching events, with up to 254 unique daily or weekly events. Its block programming capacity can handle a total of 1778 events weekly and supports 254 programmable holiday dates. The unit boasts an EE Prom memory that safeguards programming during a power failure. Clock synchronization is achieved through 60Hz AC operation, while a precise crystal-controlled clock manages DC operations. Additional features include a “first man in” option, adjustable standard or daylight savings time settings, and automatic leap year adjustments. Battery backup is ensured with a built-in charger for 12VDC sealed lead acid or gel-type batteries, supporting a maximum charge current of 300mA, and a lithium battery backup to maintain the clock (use part # LB2032). An alphanumeric LCD display aids in simplifying programming tasks. The AT4B operates effectively within a temperature range of -20ºC to 49ºC (-4ºF to 120ºF), with storage temperatures accommodated between -25ºC to 70ºC (-13ºF to 158ºF), and maintains relative humidity levels of 85% +/- 5%.
