Description
The SIP-100 utilizes advanced PIR (Passive Infrared) technology to deliver long-range detection capabilities up to 300 feet. It features three distinct output channels tailored for specific areas: two outputs dedicated to monitoring far and near zones, and a separate channel for creep zone detection. These multiple output options are ideal for integrating with video transmission systems and managing PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras. Both the SIP-5030 and SIP-100 models offer adjustable detection angles that can be aligned with the camera’s field of view, enhancing surveillance precision. The built-in creep zone detector is specifically designed for monitoring areas directly below and surrounding the unit.
Equipped with anti-vandalism features, these models incorporate an anti-rotation function supported by a 3-axis accelerometer and an anti-masking mechanism using photo-beam technology. They are housed in a robust reinforced polycarbonate casing, ensuring durability. The devices are engineered to detect ambient temperature and illuminance, allowing for intelligent automatic sensitivity adjustments. Their advanced detection algorithms leverage double dual/one quad pyro-elements with patented Double Conductive Shielding for the SIP-5030, and double quad pyro-elements with similar shielding for the SIP-100.
The SIP-100 model provides independent N.C. (Normally Closed) and N.O. (Normally Open) outputs for the main areas and multiple configuration options, including an adjustable alarm interval time. An independent sensitivity selector further allows for precise tuning across creep, near, and far areas, enhancing the reliability and accuracy of these advanced PIR detection systems.
