As a standard magnetic contact sensor, it monitors the open and closed status of doors and windows. Its integrated shock sensing technology also detects sudden, forceful intrusion attempts.

The dual-zone feature allows installers to configure the contact and shock detection as separate alarm triggers, or combine them for larger security systems with multiple protection points. Being 40% smaller than its predecessor, the 5819S seamlessly integrates into any setting, available in white or brown to match various décors.
