The Model AP-15TUC is a double re-entrant loudspeaker designed to deliver 15 watts of continuous power, ensuring exceptional intelligibility and unmatched efficiency. The AP-15 Series covers a nominal frequency response range of 400 to 14,000 Hz, providing a sensitivity of 120dB at rated power for crystal-clear voice and signal communication.
Featuring a trademarked squared-bell design, these loudspeakers represent top-tier sound quality and reliability. The included Omni-Purpose® mounting bracket allows for precise vertical and horizontal positioning with just one adjustment and can be installed on standard surfaces or strap-mounted on I-beams and pillars.
Each unit includes a built-in 5 mfd capacitor for line supervision. These models meet or exceed UL Listed standards for audible signal appliances, as outlined in standard 1480-Speakers for Fire Protective Signaling Systems, and also comply with California State Fire Marshal (Title 19) requirements.
The AP Series loudspeakers are manufactured in the U.S., ensuring high service reliability. Made with weather-resistant materials, the construction combines metal and ABS plastic, with metal parts finished in grey epoxy for durability.
