The PD-30T is a robust, environment-resistant compression driver designed for both indoor and outdoor audio applications, particularly suited for large-scale areas and environments with high ambient noise levels. This driver boasts a power rating of 30 watts, features a 1.5″ voice coil, and delivers a plane wave frequency response ranging from 300 to 3,900 Hz (+5dB).
Equipped with an innovative 70V line matching transformer, the PD-30T includes an Atlas Sound Vari-Tap® Control/Connect Center, allowing for easy adjustment of ohms and watt settings using a screwdriver. The transformer is varnish impregnated to enhance durability and environmental resistance, ensuring long life expectancy. Additionally, it features a protective terminal cover with built-in strain relief for secure cable connections.
The PD-30T is designed with standard 1-3/8″-18″ thread male couplings, making it compatible with screw-on horns for versatile audio solutions in various sound reinforcement scenarios.
