The 81 Series, featuring three versatile models, is designed to accommodate over 30 baffles from Atlas Sound. The 81-8S model is crafted for 8″ loudspeakers, boasting a square cut-out with a multi-position hole pattern that supports a wide range of round and square baffles, including both torsion spring and screw mount options. This adaptability makes the 81-8S an excellent choice for inventory stocking. The 81-4 model offers a round cut-out, suitable for 4″ loudspeaker baffles, specifically Models 51-4 and 60-4. Similarly, the 81-8R model is designed for 8″ loudspeakers but features a round cut-out that is compatible with baffles used in the industry-standard Atlas Sound 95 Series enclosures. All tile bridges in the series are constructed from 24-gauge CRS and feature an electrogalvanized, rust-resistant finish for durability. These load-bearing bridges effectively distribute the weight of loudspeaker assemblies to the ceiling’s support system, preventing ceiling tile sag. The 81 Series tile bridges are ideal for preventing sag in suspended ceiling installations of loudspeaker assemblies, with the 81-8S, 81-8R, and 81-4 models distributing weight to overhead T-Bar support members.
