These cost-effective audio solutions are noted for their compact design, functional flexibility, high intelligibility, efficient sound dispersion, and robust output levels. Each model features a high-efficiency compression driver that maximizes acoustic conversion efficiency, reducing the number of units needed to achieve specified sound pressure levels, and delivering significant savings in amplification power and labor costs. Constructed with die-cast, water-sealed materials, they withstand vandalism, pests, moisture, corrosion, and vibration, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. The series includes a basic 8-ohm version and models equipped with 70.7 or 25-volt transformers, which feature a DC blocking capacitor where specified. All models conveniently terminate via barrier strips. The VT Series includes surface-mount speakers, while the VTF Series is designed for recessed installation as flush-mount units. VT Series can be mounted on standard 4″ E.O. Boxes, while VTF Series can be fitted onto 4″ or 4 11/16″ square backboxes, requiring model AR or MR adapter rings respectively (available separately). Optional mounting accessories include indoor and outdoor enclosures, bi-directional housings, adapter plates, and rings. Models can be customized in color: Red (R) or Neutral Gray (N).
