The MB200 mounting kit includes essential components for a seamless System 200 speaker installation, featuring a robust U-bracket, two M8 x 1.25 hex-head bolts, four lock washers, two friction pads, and two ⅜-24 hex-head bolts. This versatile kit is engineered to support multiple installation scenarios.
**Wall or Ceiling Mounting**
The sturdy MB200 mounting bracket is designed for flexible positioning, allowing System 200 speakers to be mounted to achieve optimal sound coverage, whether on walls or ceilings.
**Flying Installations**
The MB200 bracket securely holds the speaker within a rigid frame, providing reliable attachment points for rigging hardware. Each end of the bracket has four structurally reinforced 12.7-mm (½-in) diameter holes suitable for connecting ⅜-in “quick links” or similar hardware. This setup allows for individual flying of System 200 speakers in horizontal or vertical orientations, or paired configurations for vertical positioning.
**System 200 Horizontal Arrays**
For creating horizontal arrays of two to six speakers, the MB200 and MB300 brackets offer robust support. Two MB200 brackets are aligned and secured with the Mb300 Horizontal Array Kit to form the backbone of the system. Additional speakers can be integrated by using one MB200 bracket and one MB300 kit per speaker. Completing a six-speaker circle array requires an extra MB300 kit, ensuring comprehensive and secure coverage.
