The Atmosphere AZMP8 is a robust 1200-watt, 8-zone audio processor, serving as the central hub of a sophisticated audio control system. It integrates powerful digital signal processing (DSP) and advanced algorithms to deliver bespoke audio solutions across diverse environments. Featuring a comprehensive suite of functionalities, such as an integrated message player, virtual wall controllers, adaptive ambient noise sensing, Tilter Filter™, auto-gain, GPIO, bell scheduling, room combining, and more, the AZMP8 stands out as a top-tier processing solution. It incorporates amplifier power-sharing technology, ensuring optimal power utilization and preventing system overdesign typically caused by conventional amplifier power ratings. The AZMP8 is capable of delivering a total of 1200W, with each output channel flexibly assignable between 5-600W.
This audio processor is compatible with all six Atmosphere wall plate accessories, facilitating control, remote audio input, and ambient noise detection. You can connect up to 16 plug-and-play accessories via the AZMP8’s four accessory ports, with each port supporting reliable operation over distances up to 1000 feet. A zone paging station can also be added as an accessory. The system’s configuration is user-friendly, managed through a modern web interface optimized for typical use cases. Built on Progressive Web App technology, the control interface is device-agnostic, responsive, and crafted for an exemplary user experience without compromising design flexibility. In addition to Ethernet connectivity, built-in Wi-Fi enables direct connections with tablets and other controlling devices. The AZMP8 is compatible with control modules for RTI, Crestron, Extron, and AMX systems.
