This amplifier offers true two-zone capability, providing two independent outputs that include options for volume/source selection remotes, EQ, tone adjustments, and paging/auxiliary routing.
The Opti-voice paging feature optimizes vocal frequencies for excellent speech clarity, ensuring smooth transitions. The Dynamic EQ ensures that music remains full-bodied and well-balanced at any sound level. Each output benefits from independent Loudspeaker EQ, enhancing audio quality and simplifying integration with Bose loudspeakers such as the FreeSpace 3 systems, FS3B subwoofer, FS2C/SE/P, FS4CE/SE, and the DesignMax DM2C-LP/S.
Dual remote options allow for flexible volume/source selection, facilitating either independent or combined zone control, thereby eliminating the need for cumbersome, sound-distorting 70/100V in-line volume controls. The amplifier’s intuitive setup does not require a PC for configuration, enabling easy setup of remote, paging, auxiliary input/output, and auto standby features. The Auto-Standby function lets the amplifier use less power when idle.
A user-friendly front panel interface provides access to tone, source selection, and master volume controls, along with a connection for mobile audio sources via a 3.5 mm jack. Additionally, remote muting capability allows for centralized system control to mute the amplifier when necessary.
