Description
The AA30PHD is a versatile mixer amplifier engineered for distributed business paging and background music (BGM) systems, as well as small to medium speech privacy setups, and situations requiring music on hold (MOH) alongside paging capabilities. Featuring one microphone/line input and two stereo line inputs, this amplifier can handle various audio sources such as paging microphones, media players, and digital music receivers.
What distinguishes the AAPHD Series? The AA30PHD offers an innovative automatic system test known as the Push Here Diagnostic (PHD). This feature enables users to assess connected loudspeaker lines for wiring and impedance issues. Once all loudspeakers are connected, the PHD test automatically confirms that the loudspeakers’ tap settings align with the amplifier’s power rating, ensuring no loudspeakers are erroneously tapped at 8Ω and that the wiring is free of shorts. The AA30PHD delivers 30 watts of output power to 25V, 70.7V, or 4Ω loudspeaker systems. A rear panel DIP switch facilitates the creation of a Zone 2 output using Input 2 or Input 3. Additionally, the unit can be configured to mute Inputs 2 and 3 based on Input 1 for paging scenarios where other sources need to be silenced during a page. Input 1 can be set as either Mic or Line input, with Phantom Power available for the Mic input option.
