Description
The DNA2404DL amplifier plays a crucial role in the GLOBALCOM Communications System, enabling the addition of select audio zones without the need for a full 16-zone amplifier setup, such as the T9160. This amplifier boasts Audinate’s Dante⢠digital audio input and provides four channels of 600-watt amplification. It can be controlled via network commands for input routing, EQ adjustments, delay, and output levels configuration. Management can be done through a stand-alone GLOBALCOM configuration utility or the GLOBALCOM System Management Center. Featuring Class D dual-channel 600W amplifier cards, these units offer higher efficiency, improved reliability, enhanced performance, and reduced operational costs due to their internal switching mode power supply and absence of heavy transformers. The design ensures stability under all load conditions and offers 34dB of gain from analog input to speaker output, with DSP-controlled attenuation ahead of the amplifier. It supports up to eight 540S ambient noise sensors, allowing real-time output adjustments based on ambient noise levels. LED indicators display power status, audio signals, and fault conditions, complemented by a Form C relay for fault indication. The DNA2404DL operates with 600 watts per channel for 70.7V transformer-distributed speaker systems from a 120 VAC power source. Additional models include the DNA2404CL, DNA2404CH, and DNA2404DH, featuring variations in channel output and power supply.
