Description
The AtlasIED DPA404 amplifier integrates advanced flexibility, superior performance, and comprehensive control to deliver exceptional features for audio applications that demand more than just superb sound quality. This network-enabled, DSP controlled, four-channel amplifier is designed for versatile installation needs, offering three configurable amplification arrangements. It can be deployed immediately in its default four-channel 70.7V commercial power amplifier setup without requiring programming or network connections. However, for more customized installations, the DPA404 supports configurations for four-channel mode with 4Ω or 8Ω load impedances across two stereo zones, accommodating both low and high impedance amplification requirements. Furthermore, it can be adapted for a 70.7V/100V paging/background system on two channels, with the remaining channels servicing 4Ω/8Ω foreground stereo applications. The amplifier includes four balanced line inputs and an accessory slot for optional enhancements like the DPA-DAC4 four-channel Dante™ receiver card or the DPA-AMIX mic/line and AUX input card, enabling up to eight inputs. All inputs can be mixed and assigned to any of the four amplifier channels. Each channel boasts a suite of DSP tools such as level controls, EQs, limiters, high & low pass filters, and delay, offering flexibility for diverse applications. Output levels are controllable via front panel potentiometers or an onboard GUI, with options for wired remote level adjustment. The DPA404 also provides GUI-based input and output level metering, with assignable mute functions operable through audio signal detection or contact closure. DSP settings are accessible via computer, tablet, or mobile device through a web browser, with password protection for security.
