Description
The AtlasIED DPA804 amplifier is a high-performance audio solution that offers a blend of flexibility, control, and advanced features essential for sophisticated sound applications. As a network-enabled, DSP-controlled four-channel amplifier, the DPA804 supports three distinct amplification configurations to accommodate a diverse array of installation design requirements. Out of the box, it serves as a traditional four-channel 70.7V commercial power amplifier with no need for programming or network integration. Alternatively, it can be adjusted for four-channel mode with 4Ω or 8Ω load impedances suitable for two stereo zones, addressing system needs for both low and high impedance amplification. The DPA804 can also be configured to support a 70.7V/100V paging/background system on two channels, while utilizing the remaining channels for 4Ω/8Ω foreground stereo applications. It includes four balanced line inputs and an accessory slot for adding a DPA-DAC4 Dante™ receiver card or DPA-AMIX mic/line and AUX input card, expanding up to eight inputs in total. These inputs can be mixed and routed to any amplifier channel. Each channel is equipped with DSP tools such as level controls, equalizers, limiters, filters, and delay to ensure adaptability for various applications. Output levels can be managed via front panel potentiometers or an interactive GUI, and wired remote level controls offer user-friendly operation. The unit features GUI-based input/output level metering and assignable mute functions activated by audio signals or contact closure. Users can access DSP settings through any web browser on computers, tablets, or mobile devices, with all settings offering password protection for security.
