The AtlasIED IPX Series IP-to-analog gateways are an excellent solution for integrating unified communication platforms with off-network analog systems. These gateways facilitate seamless notifications to analog overhead paging, interface with access-control systems, support fire alarm communication, and enable two-way audio for video surveillance, all with a simple plug-and-play setup. The IP-ZCM2RMK package includes two IP-ZCM zone controllers and a rack mount kit for easy installation in a standard-width rack. These controllers register directly as communication endpoints within InformaCast and SA-Announce Advanced Notification applications, enhancing physical security and improving daily communications with advanced alerting, bell schedules, and scheduled announcements over the WAN/LAN network infrastructure. In a Cisco environment, AtlasIED’s IP speakers can integrate with Cisco’s Unified Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST) as approved devices, offering call-processing redundancy during WAN outages through local LAN communication between phones and speakers—a critical capability during emergencies. When third-party notification applications are unnecessary, the IP-ZCM1RMK IP-to-Analog Gateways can register directly as SIP devices with a SIP server or VoIP Communications Manager for delivering essential alerts and public address functionalities. The IP-ZCM2RMK model also includes a rack mount kit for proper installation of the IP-ZCM in a standard rack setup.
