Description
The DeltaQ™ array loudspeakers are engineered for permanent installation in premier venues such as performing arts centers, auditoriums, sports arenas, dance clubs, and houses of worship. These large-format waveguide speakers offer an extensive selection of 42 coverage patterns, ensuring superior coverage control, exceptional sound quality, and clear vocal projection, even in venues with challenging acoustics.
FEATURES
DeltaQ™ technology represents a leap in line-array loudspeaker design, providing variable “Q” (directivity) for each module to enhance sound quality by aligning array coverage with audience areas and distance, ensuring improved phase coherence.
42 large-format waveguide patterns enable sound engineers to tailor array coverage precisely to venue dimensions, reducing wall reflections and delivering outstanding sound quality in acoustically challenging spaces.
Continuous-Arc Diffraction-Slot (CADS) Manifold aids in achieving smooth high-frequency array summation and offers five options for vertical-coverage patterns. The number of array modules can be chosen based on desired sound level, low-frequency pattern control, and budget constraints, independent of the total vertical coverage.
EMB2 compression drivers are integral for delivering the vocal power typically associated with 3-way systems, with frequencies from 500 Hz to 16 kHz emanating from the large-format waveguides, ensuring consistent coverage and vocal clarity.
Integrated Rigging system facilitates quick installation of arrays with up to eight full-range modules, maintaining a 10:1 safety factor.
RMS215 or RMS218 subwoofers are available to extend the full-range performance to frequencies as low as 40 Hz or 25 Hz in both flown and ground stack arrays.
PowerMatch® amplifiers available can be configured to deliver optimal power to all loudspeaker modules and subwoofers, featuring built-in loudspeaker DSP capabilities with an optional Dante® digital audio network interface.
