The Electro-Voice EVU-2062/95 is a versatile two-way loudspeaker system designed for premium sound reinforcement in a compact, lightweight form factor. The enclosure features asymmetric angles for tight wall and ceiling clearances, ensuring optimal coverage and seamless integration into various environments. This makes it ideal for installations on walls, stage lips, and under balconies.
Equipped with the ICT-1-8, a high-performance 1.3″ titanium diaphragm compression driver, the EVU-2062/95 pairs with a Constant Directivity™ 90° x 50° rotatable waveguide for consistent sound projection. The ICT-6.5-16 woofer is developed using FEA optimization, enhancing sensitivity and delivering top-notch speech intelligibility. Its crossover design offers 18-dB-per-octave slopes and equalization for smooth vocal range response, linear off-axis performance, and includes a protection circuit for long-term durability.
The EVU series is crafted from 9-ply hardwood plywood with six M8 suspension points, allowing for a variety of mounting options. Finished in textured paint, available in black or white, each EVU unit comes with a universal U-bracket for easy installation, enabling 330° unrestricted rotation when the transformer kit is installed. Additional mounting provisions accommodate Omnimount™ brackets, and an optional 70.7/100-V transformer kit can be easily installed for distributed audio systems. These features provide the adaptability needed to accommodate diverse venue requirements and rapidly meet customer needs.
