The LC5 WC06E4 is an ultra-compact ceiling loudspeaker designed for optimal speech and background music reproduction. Its front grille seamlessly aligns with the design of current recessed luminaires, effectively integrating both audio and lighting elements. For maximum protection, the optional LC5 CBB back box safeguards the rear of the loudspeaker against dust and dripping water, providing an IP 44 protection level. Constructed from self-extinguishing ABS materials compliant with UL 94 V 0 standards, the loudspeaker frame, grille, and back box ensure safety and durability. This ceiling loudspeaker is ideal for low-ceiling environments with minimal noise levels. It features a small driver that excels in delivering high-quality sound from a compact unit while maintaining a wide dispersion angle for essential frequency ranges. This means fewer units are needed to cover a given space, effectively eliminating the perceivable “fading” effect as listeners move between different listening zones. Additionally, the loudspeaker, when combined with the back box, is suitable for use in environments with high humidity, chlorine, or salt exposure.
