The Electro-Voice ZX1i loudspeaker sets the benchmark for uncompromising audio performance and versatility, all within a compact, easily installable form factor. Its high-tech enclosure is crafted from injection-molded, high-impact ABS resin, ensuring exceptional durability. The geometry of the enclosure is meticulously engineered to maximize rigidity and acoustic performance, while the velocity-compensated port design addresses the limitations commonly found in smaller cabinet loudspeakers, delivering outstanding low-frequency response. Two rotatable horn coverage patterns are offered: a 90° x 50° option for longer throw and clustered configurations, and a 100° x 100° option for broad, even dispersion. The unit features a multilayer grille with hydrophobic cloth, coupled with weatherized components, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. For enhanced protection, an optional weatherized input panel cover with a gland nut is available.
