The AtlasIED PM8SUB-B offers exceptional audio quality, matching the sonic performance of the high-caliber 8″ Strategy II Series FAP8SUB driver. This speaker is identical to the one featured in the widely-acclaimed FAP8SUB in-ceiling subwoofer package. Designed for down-firing, this subwoofer comes in an aesthetically pleasing enclosure that ensures natural sound distribution and expansive coverage, ideal for low-height installations while delivering superior low-frequency response for musical applications. Attaching the PM8SUB to overhead surfaces is straightforward. For open beam ceilings, a 3-meter cable kit with a self-gripping ferrule system is included. When installation requires suspension from a hard ceiling, any 3/4″ ceiling fan installation kit can be used. These kits, available under the FANTECTM brand from home improvement retailers, offer various down pipe length options that facilitate installation regardless of ceiling angle (up to 45°).
