The MUSICAVC-100Z volume control is an essential audio accessory for delivering clear, distortion-free stereo sound when connecting one or multiple speaker pairs to a single audio amplifier. This 8-ohm device is designed with a Decora-style wall plate, available in three color options to seamlessly blend with various interior designs. It offers a broad frequency response range of 20Hz to 20kHz (-3dB, -0) and provides attenuation in eleven precise steps, including a positive off position. Fine-tune control features six 3dB steps for low listening levels, followed by three 6dB steps, one 9dB step, and a final 28dB step. The unobtrusive control knob, with a diameter of 1-1/4 inches and a projection of 11/16 inches, ensures functional operation. The assembly measures 2-11/16 inches deep to fit in a standard 20 cu. in E.O. Box (provided by others). Each volume control includes matching plastic components—plate, knob, and trim—in white, ivory, and almond, allowing customization by swapping out all three parts to suit your aesthetic preferences.
