The AtlasIED IPX Series IP-DDS is an advanced dual-sided display with integrated speakers and an LCD panel, designed to enhance audio-visual communication in high ambient noise environments and expansive areas. Incorporating VoIP technology, it effectively extends notifications through visual text alerts. This IP dual-sided display seamlessly integrates as a communication endpoint within platforms like InformaCast, SA-Announce, and GCK advanced notification software. Supporting both visual text and audio broadcasts, it enhances physical security and boosts everyday communication with features like advanced alerting, bell schedules, pre-recorded and scheduled announcements, and intercom functionality, utilizing WAN/LAN network architecture.
Within a Cisco Environment, AtlasIED IP-DDS can function as a compatible device in Cisco’s Unified Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST) endpoint architecture, providing call-processing redundancy during WAN outages. This capability ensures critical LAN communication among phones and speakers during emergencies.
For audio output, the IP-DDS features built-in speakers and line-level audio outputs that integrate seamlessly with AtlasIED’s AA, PA, DPA, or CP series amplifiers, driving extensive zones of 25V, 70.7V, or 100V AtlasIED speakers or paging horn speakers. Additionally, it includes two GPI inputs, one GPI output, and a microphone input for talk-back or listen applications, enhancing critical alert notifications and enabling unified third-party system connectivity.
In compliance with Title II of ADA, the AtlasIED IP-DDS guarantees effective communication for individuals with disabilities, combining dual-sided displays and speakers to ensure comprehensive communication solutions for all environments.
