RadioRA® 2 CL® Hybrid Keypads serve as an integrated solution, combining the functionalities of both a dimmer and a keypad into one compact device. Perfect for retrofit applications, these hybrid keypads remove the necessity for installing two separate devices.
Designed as neutral-wire controls, CL® Hybrid Keypads are compatible with small loads, including screw-in CFL/LED lamps, ensuring normal operation even if the connected load isn’t installed or the lamp is burnt out. They can seamlessly integrate into a broader lighting management system, offering advanced features like fade on/fade off and rapid full-on capabilities.
These keypads boast large, user-friendly buttons and a unique backlit engraving option for enhanced visibility at all hours. The buttons’ rounded design allows engravings to appear at an upward angle for improved readability. For safe lamp replacement, the keypads are equipped with a Front Accessible Service Switch (FASSTM).
It’s important to use Lutron® Designer wallplates, either Claro® or Satin Colors®, as the keypad’s mechanical design is exclusively compatible with Lutron® wallplates. These wallplates attach seamlessly without visible means of attachment and are sold separately. Replacement Button Kits are available in diverse colors and with custom engraving to clearly designate each button’s purpose.
CL® Hybrid Keypads are intended for use with permanently installed incandescent, tungsten halogen, CFL/LED, magnetic low-voltage, or Lutron® Hi-lume® A-Series LTE LED drivers, ensuring broad compatibility and versatility in your lighting control solutions.
