**RadioRA® 2 CL® Hybrid Keypads**
The innovative RadioRA® 2 CL® Hybrid Keypads integrate both dimmer and keypad functionalities into one efficient lighting control device, making them ideal for retrofit applications as they negate the necessity for installing two separate controls.
CL® Hybrid Keypads are designed as neutral-wire solutions compatible with low-power consumption devices like screw-in CFL and LED lamps. The keypads maintain their regular operation even if the connected load is absent or the lamp is non-functional.
These keypads integrate seamlessly into a comprehensive lighting control system, offering advanced features such as fade-on/fade-off and rapid full-on capabilities. Their design features large, easily operable buttons and a distinctive backlit engraving option, ensuring visibility both day and night. The rounded buttons enhance engraving readability by angling the text upward. They also include a Front Accessible Service Switch (FASSTM) to facilitate safe lamp changes.
When installing, it’s essential to use only Lutron® Designer (Claro® or Satin Colors®) wallplates, as the mechanical design of the keypads supports compatibility exclusively with Lutron® wallplates, not with those of other brands. Note that wallplates are available separately. Lutron® Claro® and Satin Colors® wallplates attach easily without visible mounting. There are also Replacement Button Kits available in various colors and with custom engravings to clearly label each button’s function.
The CL® Hybrid Keypads are specifically engineered for use with permanently installed lighting loads, including incandescent, tungsten halogen, CFL/LED technologies, magnetic low-voltage fixtures, or Lutron® Hi-lume® A-Series LTE LED drivers.
