Hybrid keypads combine the functionalities of a dimmer and a keypad into one integrated control device. These innovative keypads are ideal for retrofit lighting applications, as they eliminate the requirement of installing two separate pieces of technology.
Designed with user experience in mind, hybrid keypads feature prominently sized, user-friendly buttons. LED indicators on each button enhance visibility and accessibility in low-light conditions. The keypads come with pre-selected print colors for enhanced legibility, regardless of the finish or color of the keypad. Additionally, hybrid keypads incorporate a Front Accessible Service Switch (FASS) to facilitate the safe replacement of lamps.
The keypads are ready for immediate use with default printing, and once personalized printing needs are determined, users can obtain a replacement button kit through the RadioRA 3 setup software. These replacement kits are available in a wide range of colors and finishes, with customizable printing to clearly define the function of each button. The flexible design of the keypads allows users to modify the color, button number, and configuration even after installation.
These hybrid keypads are intended to be used with Lutron designer-opening wallplates, which are sold separately. Lutron wallplates feature a sleek, seamless attachment system, ensuring a clean and modern aesthetic.
