Description
The FTV80/FRV80 fiber optic transmitter and receiver system facilitates the transmission of eight video channels over a single optical fiber using a compact, two-slot wide architecture. The FTV80 transmitter and FRV80 receiver are offered in both multimode and single-mode configurations for flexibility in fiber optic networks.
The plug-and-play design of the FTV80/FRV80 simplifies fiber optic installation by eliminating the need for electrical or optical adjustments. These modular units are versatile and can be rack-mounted using the EURACK/USRACK chassis, or deployed as stand-alone modules suitable for desktop or wall mounting, without the need for a wall mount kit.
For stand-alone or wall mount configurations, the FTV80/FRV80 units require external power, and they can be efficiently powered using the recommended FEXTPS fiber external power supply.
