The Dahua 4 MP ePoE camera integrates Analytics+ functions at the edge, enabling complex real-time people counting and perimeter surveillance. The enhanced Dahua Analytics+ algorithms deliver significant improvements in accuracy and reliability over conventional intelligent features. **Functions**
**People Counting**
This camera employs advanced real-time people counting algorithms to provide precise flow statistics through two key functions: Line Crossing and Regional. The Line Crossing function counts individuals crossing a specified line, while the Regional function counts people within a defined, user-selected area. People counting is perfect for tracking the number of patrons entering or exiting a venue and monitoring groups within a particular zone.
**Perimeter Protection**
Dahua Analytics+ offers Tripwire and Intrusion capabilities with customizable tripwires according to object type, automating access control in restricted areas. Perimeter Protection requires fewer pixels to identify objects, enhancing accuracy and reducing false alarms caused by factors such as lights, weather, trees, or animals.
**Image Attribute Extraction**
Analytics+ empowers the camera to classify images within a video stream, extracting and storing attributes and features of specific images. The camera can differentiate between vehicles and humans, track objects in real time, and extract attributes like vehicle type, color, and make, as well as human attributes such as gender, clothing color, and facial features. This functionality also includes Privacy Protection, enabling face or body blurring within a designated area.

The Dahua ArcticPro Series of extreme-environment cameras are built with temperature-resistant components, a waterproof housing, and an integrated heater to ensure seamless performance in temperatures as low as -40°C (-40°F).
