**Intelligent Video Analytics on the Edge**
The camera features built-in video content analysis (VCA), bolstering the “Intelligence-at-the-Edge” concept by enhancing device intelligence. Equipped with Bosch’s state-of-the-art video analytics technology, it effectively detects and analyzes moving objects while minimizing false alarms from irrelevant sources in the frame. This enables detection of idle and removed objects, loitering, multiple line crossings, and trajectory tracking, as well as supporting Bird’s Eye View (BEV) for people counting.
**Dynamic Video Analytics**
Even outside preset positions and during PTZ camera movements, the intelligent video analytics application can detect object presence in predefined alarm fields. Once set, these fields remain consistent across all PTZ views, allowing the camera to automatically trigger an alarm if any field becomes active during a guard tour through monitored areas.
**Camera Trainer**
Leveraging machine learning, the Camera Trainer program allows users to define objects of interest and create detectors for both moving and stationary objects. Unlike the moving object detection of the standard video analytics, the Camera Trainer classifies objects instantly. Configuration Manager facilitates camera trainer setup using both live video and recorded footage available on the camera. These custom detectors can be easily transferred to other devices by downloading and uploading as needed.
